Now is an incredibly exciting time to join the team at Lightwater Valley! With over 35 rides and attractions, we’re putting the “family” back into family adventure park and entering a bold new era under our new owners, who are focused on putting Lightwater Valley back on the map!

Every role is vital to the park’s success, from retail and catering to facilities and ride operators – because a guest’s experience starts the moment they enter the park and lasts until they leave. We’re looking for fun, energetic characters to join our existing team, be a key player in this pivotal time, and help create unforgettable memories for our guests.

Age requirement: 
You must be 16+ to work at the park.

Staff transport: 
Yes! We have a staff bus running from most local towns, including Ripon, Northallerton, Catterick, and Bedale.

Staff accommodation: 
No, we do not provide accommodation.

Hours available:
We offer both full-time and part-time roles within the season.

Weekend work: 
Yes, weekend and bank holiday working is essential.
