On the Day Feedback
Customer feedback is very important to us and helps us to continuously improve the service we provide. If you wish to bring a particular matter to our attention, please call into our Visitor Information office, located near the entrance to the park.
We will endeavour to resolve any matters on the day, however if this is not possible you will be asked to email us at [email protected]. You will be given a Customer Log Number which must be quoted in any future correspondence with the park.
To ensure that we can respond to feedback fully please ensure that you include the following in your correspondence:
- Full name
- Address
- Proof of purchase from your visit - this can include your order number, receipt or a copy of your bank statement
- The name of the member of staff you spoke to on the day of your visit when trying to resolve your matter
In order that we are able to investigate your feedback fully, please contact us within 14 days of your visit. We regret we are unable to assist with feedback after this time. Please note we only accept feedback in electronic form.
Please be advised that it may take up to 5 working days to respond to your feedback.
Pre or Post Visit Feedback
Park complaints - in order for us to fully investigate a complaint regarding the park, we requrie written correspondence. Please email [email protected] and your complaint will be passed to the relevant Manager to respond.
