FOOD & BEVERAGE UNIT SUPERVISORS

Our larger food outlets are all run by supervisors, who need to be confident, well organised and be able to motivate their team, does this sound like you? 

A Food & Beverage Supervisor needs to be high energy, outgoing and ensure staff are working to the highest hygiene standards. 

All the fun and excitement of a day at the park makes people hungry, and our Catering Units offer something for everyone, from fish and chips and pizza to hot dogs and burgers, with something sweet for afters, maybe donuts or ice cream! 

A typical day supervising the  F&B department will involve:

Working with your departmental manager to ensure maximum output and exceed customer expectations. 

Managing and motivating the staff to ensure your unit runs smoothly at all times. 

Ensuring daily checks our carried out, monitoring staff levels and assisting with staff training. 

Delivering the best customer service to all our guests - always smiling and being helpful and making it your mission to deliver heart-felt hospitality to every guest!

Ensuring the unit and all work areas are kept tidy at all times and kept to the highest standard of cleanliness.

Providing the best experience for our customers who order food, this means minimal queuing, well prepared and presented food and friendly, helpful staff to deliver this. 

Dealing with any difficult circumstances that may arise in a professional and efficient manner.

Ensuring you adhere to all company policies, guidelines and expectations.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as demonstrating initiative to keep busy in quieter periods

Demonstrates a willingness to help and will always go the extra mile for customers and colleagues.

Demonstrate hard work, commitment, punctuality and reliability.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience in staff supervision and some knowledge of catering equipment. 

Must be over 18 

Hours

Start date - End of May, early June. 
Must be able to work summer holidays and October Half Term. 

Most of our seasonal roles are available on a full time and part time basis. A full time role is up to 40 hours a week, our part time roles are often 16 to 24 hours a week.
