Assistant Food Services Manager

The Park is open for visitors from Easter till the end of October the site hopes to attract over 200,00 visitors next year. Due to our beautiful rural location own transport required.

We are looking for an Assistant to the Foods Services Manager, this is a fulltime position based on a 35 hour working week.

Duties

Assist and support the Food Services Manager with the day to day running of the department

Assist with the set up and clearing down of the Catering units on site

Deploy and supervise staff and outlets throughout the day when the Park is open

Ensuring the highest level of Food Hygiene throughout the Park and ensuring all legal requirements are met.

To assist with training of seasonal staff

To check stock levels are correct and liaise with the Stores Department in this respect

Qualifications

Ideally a formal Catering qualification

Some knowledge of an EPOS system is preferred

Working Hours

£12 per hour based on a 35 hour week

Weekends and Bank Holiday working required from Easter till end of October, most weekends off during the winter months.
