RETAIL & GAMES TEAM MEMBER

Start date - March 2026

We are looking for high energy, outgoing, fun individuals to join our Retail and Games Team. You will be working in one of our retail shops or games stalls. No previous experience is necessary, but personality is key – the rest can be trained!

After a busy morning on the rides, our visitors enjoy time in the afternoon to browse around our Gift Shops or decide to take a chance and play on some of our Games Stalls.

Key responsibilities:

•    Delivering the best customer service to all our guests - always smiling and being helpful and making it your mission to deliver memorable experiences to every guest!

•    Being passionate about selling, engaging with potential guests by explaining and demonstrating products. 

•    Ensure product displays are full and well presented, being knowledgeable about the range of products and assisting guests to find that special gift. 

•    Using the tills and taking payments. 

•    Staff working on the games units will need the gift of the gab! Even a bit of cheeky charm to encourage visitors to try their luck and win a prize. It is all about guest interaction and enjoyment! 

•    Ensuring your work area is kept tidy at all times and kept to the highest standard of cleanliness.

•    Ensuring our shops and kiosks are well stocked. 

•    Dealing with any difficult circumstances that may arise in a professional and efficient manner, passing them onto your manager as necessary.

•    Ensuring you adhere to all company policies, guidelines and expectations.

Work Schedule

•    Weekend availability is required.
•    Shifts may vary depending on operational needs.
•    Flexible lunch shifts are available, typically from 11:30 am to 2:30–3:00 pm, covering busy periods around the park.
•    Own transport is required for flexible shifts.
