Our Facilities Team plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of our beautiful park and ensuring all guests have an unforgettable experience. No prior experience is necessary - your personality and willingness to help are what matters most!

Key responsibilities:

•    Deliver exceptional customer service, always with a smile, and make every guest feel welcome. 

•    Clean and stock toilet facilities, monitor supplies, and report any issues such as damage, leaks or faults. 

•    Litter pick, empty bins, and keep work areas tidy to the highest standard.

•    Handle challenging situations professionally and escalate to a manager if necessary. 

•    Adhere to company policies and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

•    If you hold a driving licence you may be trained to operate our sweeper vehicle to clean roads and pathways.

Work Schedule

Weekend availability is required.
Shifts may vary depending on operational needs.
Some shifts start from 8am so having your own transport is preferred for this role.
