Facilities Handy Person

Lightwater Valley is seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Person to join our Facilities team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of basic maintenance skills, such as joinery and basic plumbing . This role involves performing various small repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard. The Facilities Department are also responsible for the cleanliness and smooth running of the services on site, some of these duties will be included in the role.

Please be aware some weekend working will be required.

Duties:

• Carrying out general minor repairs around the site, including basic joinery and plumbing.
• Assisting with the cleaning and servicing of the site
• Driving the sites road sweeper, full training will be given
