Senior Catering Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Catering Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our catering units. This is a key role within our business, and we need someone with a strong catering background and proven leadership skills to manage teams and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Retail & Commercial Manager in the smooth running of all catering units.
• Supervise, coordinate, and motivate staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Ensure all units are well-stocked, well-presented, and merchandised to a high standard.
• Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in all catering areas.
• Drive customer service excellence and enhance the visitor experience.

About You:

✔ Proven experience in a senior supervisory or management role within catering or a similar fast-paced environment.
✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. 
✔ Excellent organisational and time-management abilities to oversee multiple units.
✔ A solid understanding of stock management, ordering processes, and food hygiene regulations. 
✔ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
✔ A passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
