CATERING TEAM MEMBER

Are you full of energy, outgoing and ready to deliver exceptional customer service? Join our Catering Team!
You will be working in one of our catering outlets or kiosks on the park serving our fantastic food offer to our guests and working to the highest hygiene standards. No previous experience is necessary, but personality is key – the rest can be trained! Full allergen training will be provided, so if you are looking into entering a career in hospitality this is great work experience! 

Key responsibilities:

•    Delivering a fantastic guest experience by being friendly, helpful, and efficient - always with a smile!

•    Keeping your work area clean and adhering to the highest hygiene standards. 

•    Ensuring food is well-prepared, presented and served with minimal queuing time for guests. 

•    Handling any challenges professionally and escalating them to your manager if necessary. 

•    Ensuring you adhere to all company policies, guidelines and expectations.

•    Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Work Schedule

•    Weekend availability is required.
•    Shifts may vary depending on operational needs.
•    Flexible lunch shifts are available, typically from 11:30 am to 2:30–3:00 pm, covering busy periods around the park.
•    Own transport is required for flexible shifts.
