GUEST SERVICES TEAM

We are looking for high energy, outgoing, fun individuals to join our Guest Services Team.
We aim to exceed guest expectations, and our Guest Services team are key to delivering this. If you love working with people, enjoy problem-solving, and are skilled with admin, the rile could be perfect for you.
As a member of our Guest Services Team, you'll be the at the heart of creating memorable guest experiences. Whether it's handling queries, resolving issues, or maintaining smooth operations behind the scenes, your role will be essential in ensuring our guests leave with a smile.
Key responsibilities:
• Delivering exceptional service to guests in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Ensuring every guest has the best possible experience, addressing and resolving any issues calmly and professionally.
• Managing enquiries, maintain accurate records, and collaborating with other departments to keep everything running smoothly.
• Answering enquires via phone, social media and email. Taking school and group bookings and general offices duties.
• Handling any challenges in a professional manner and escalating issues to your manager if necessary.
• Ensuring you adhere to all company policies, guidelines and expectations.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Highly organised, with strong administrative skills and good IT and keyboard proficiency
• An outgoing, friendly, and confident individual with a genuine passion for delivering great customer service.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while showing initiative and staying proactive during quieter periods
• Naturally helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues
• Reliable, punctual, and committed, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Work Schedule:
Weekend availability is required.
Shifts may vary depending on operational needs.
