CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

We are looking for high energy, outgoing, fun individuals to join our Customer Service Team. 

We aim to exceed guest expectations and our Customer Service and Office Assistants are key to delivering this. If you love working with people, enjoy problem-solving, and are skilled with admin, the rile could be perfect for you. 

As a member of our Customer Service Team, you'll be the at the heart of creating memorable guest experiences. Whether it's handling queries, resolving issues, or maintaining smooth operations behind the scenes, your role will be essential in ensuring our guests leave with a smile. 

A typical day working in customer service/the office will involve:

Customer Interaction -  Delivering exceptional service to guests in person, over the phone, or via email.

Guest Experience - Ensuring every visitor has the best possible experience, addressing and resolving any issues calmly and professionally. 

Administrative Support - Managing enquiries, maintan accurate records, and collaborating with other departments to keep everything running smoothly. 

Office Admin - Answering enquires via phone, social media and email. Taking school and group bookings and general offices duty's. 

Problem Solving - Handling any challenges in a professional manner and escalating issues to your manager if necessary. 

Ensuring you adhere to all company policies, guidelines and expectations.

We are looking for people who are…

Outgoing, friendly and confident and have a passion for customer service.

Customer service focused with some customer service experience. 

Experienced with admin with good IT and keyboard skills

Thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as demonstrating initiative to keep busy in quieter periods

Demonstrates a willingness to help and will always go the extra mile for customers and colleagues.

Demonstrate hard work, commitment, punctuality and reliability.

Hours

Most of our seasonal roles are available on a full time and part time basis. A full time role is up to 40 hours a week, our part time roles are often 16 to 24 hours a week.

This position has the possibility of hours being available when the park is not open, therefore ideally own transport is required.

Our Park 

Lightwater Valley operates daily from 10.30am - 5pm. We aim to exceed guest expectations by offering great value for money, exceptional customer service and a dedicated team of enthusiastic and engaging staff, creating lasting happy memories for all the families who visit us.  

Key dates to remember 

  • Open Days: Listed on the application form. 
  • Recruitment Day: Join us on the 8th of February at 10am or 2pm. This is your chance to learn more, meet the team, ask questions, and potentially interview on the spot. 
  • Training for Easter Positions: Weekend training sessions will be held in March.

Age requirements 

There is no upper age limit to join our team. As long as you are 16 or turning 16 during this academic year, you are eligible to apply.
