ADMISSIONS TEAM MEMBER

Start date - March 2026

We are looking for high energy, outgoing, fun individuals to join our Admissions Team. No previous experience is necessary but personality is key – the rest can be trained! 

First impressions count! So, our Admissions team need to be engaging, passionate and knowledgeable. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Create a fantastic first impression by giving every guest a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic welcome.

•    Help guests make the most of their day by sharing knowledge about rides, attractions, facilities, shops, and food outlets.

•    Confidently guide guests through ticket options, offers, promotions, and accessibility services to ensure great value and an enjoyable visit.

•    Handle admissions, payments, and ticket redemption efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

•    Support smooth daily operations by following cash handling and transaction procedures and quickly resolving any issues.

•    Assist guests by checking eligibility requirements, including height checks and access arrangements, with care and professionalism.

•    Keep admission areas looking clean, safe, and ready to welcome the next wave of visitors.

•    Be a positive, energetic ambassador for Lightwater Valley Family Adventure Park at all times.

•    Work safely and responsibly, following health and safety guidelines and company policies.

•    Be flexible and willing to help across the park, supporting teammates wherever needed to deliver an amazing guest experience.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Weekend availability is required.

Shifts may vary depending on operational needs.

Flexible hours are available as this role allows for staff to work mornings only, and finish mid-afternoon once the guests are on the park are enjoying their day. Own transport is required if applying for flexible shifts.
