Visitor Experience crew

We are looking for high energy, outgoing, fun individuals to join our Visitor Experience Crew. No previous experience is necessary but personality is key – the rest can be trained!

A typical day working in our VE department will involve:

Delivering the best customer service to all our guests - always smiling and being helpful and making it your mission to deliver heart-felt experiences to every guest!

Answering guest enquiries face to face, via telephone, email and our social channels. 

Dealing with and processing guests bookings, including groups and schools.

Ensuring your work area is kept tidy at all times and kept to the highest standard of cleanliness.

Dealing with any difficult circumstances that may arise in a professional and efficient manner, passing them onto your manager as necessary.

Ensuring you adhere to all company policies, guidelines and expectations.

Outgoing, friendly and confident and have a passion for customer service.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as demonstrating initiative to keep busy in quieter periods.

Demonstrates a willingness to help and will always go the extra mile for customers and colleagues.

Demonstrate hard work, commitment, punctuality and reliability.

Most of our seasonal roles are available on a full time and part time basis. A full time role is up to 40 hours a week, our part time roles are often 16 to 24 hours a week
